SHOCK NITROGEN GAUGE

TSNG 02

The Flare Nut Coupling works with TSNH 048 Hose. This "finger tight" fitting can handle 800 psi.

The fitting can be changed out for a different one if needed for your system.

CHARGING PROCEDURE

1- Compress the shock shaft before charging. This will extend when pressurized and indicates the shock is filling.

2- Attach the Nitrogen Gauge to the Schrader valve on the shock using the Main Attachment Knob.

3- Depress the valve core by screwing in the Valve Core Depressor knob.

4- Set the regulator higher than the required pressure. Open the ball valve to pressurize. The shock shaft will extend.

5- Once the pressure is higher than required, shut the ball valve.

6- Set the correct pressure using the Bleed Valve. The Bleed Valve looks like a Schrader Valve but the cap has been modified to release pressure slowly.

7- Unscrew the Valve Core Depressor.

8- Release the remaining pressure in the Gauge with the Bleed Valve.

8- Remove the Gauge from the shock.
